Hey, I’m Jessie the hands (and heart) behind Jessie Tyler Ceramics! If you’ve been following along, you’ve seen my work, but I wanted to take a moment to share why I do this.

Pottery started as a creative outlet, but it quickly became something deeper. There’s something about taking a lump of clay and shaping it into something real—something that people will hold, use, and cherish in their daily lives. Handmade ceramics aren’t just objects; they’re experiences, memories, and little moments of warmth.

Beyond the clay and glaze, my biggest inspirations are my little family—Lex and our daughter Elaina. They’re my constant reminder of why handmade things matter. Whether it’s sharing coffee in a favorite mug (because, yes, I’m a total coffee lover ☕️) or watching Elaina’s curiosity as she explores the world, it all comes back to connection, home, and love.

I love knowing that my pieces find their way into people’s homes, becoming part of their morning coffee, cozy dinners, or quiet candlelit evenings. That’s what keeps me coming back to the wheel—creating things that feel like home.
