Yes! Most Jessie Tyler Ceramics pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe, but like anything handmade, a little extra care can go a long way. If a piece has special finishes or details, I’ll always note it in the product description.

Q: Are all items exactly the same?
Nope—and that’s the beauty of it! Each piece is hand-thrown and glazed individually, which means there will be slight variations in color, shape, and texture. Every item is one-of-a-kind but made with the same attention to quality and function.

Q: How do you ship your pottery?
I pack every order by hand using eco-friendly and recyclable materials to reduce waste and keep your piece protected. I care just as much about how it arrives as I do about how it’s made.

Q: Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If you're local to Ohio, I’m happy to arrange a pickup at my studio or a market I’m attending. Just select the option at checkout or send me a message.

Q: Do you take custom orders?
