All products are handmade and may vary slightly in shape, size, and glaze finish. These variations are not considered defects but part of the charm and uniqueness of handmade pottery. We do our best to represent items accurately through photos and descriptions.
2. Orders
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please double-check all items, quantities, and shipping information before completing your purchase. If you have questions prior to ordering, feel free to reach out.
3. Payment
All payments must be made at the time of purchase via the secure payment options provided at checkout. We do not store or have access to your payment details.
4. Shipping & Handling
We ship orders using eco-friendly packaging to reduce waste and protect your pottery in transit. Processing times may vary based on product availability and current order volume. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
5. Refunds & Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.
6. Custom Orders
Custom orders may be available on a case-by-case basis. These orders require additional processing time and must be paid in full before production begins. Custom items are not eligible for return or exchange.
